How to "Buy my cottage"

How to "Sell your cottage"

I've yet to see an estate agent who actually 'markets' a property - they still just 'sell'. Learn the difference here and how to do it better. Check out the "Marketing" menu at the top to learn how I'm doing it.

In particular I will focus on the internet in all its forms - web, email, social media and so on. I will be optimising web pages, buying search terms on Google Adwords, writing good META tags, using Google Analytics, having good landing pages and much more. I shall use a Blog, Facebook and Twitter.

Why am I selling my gite?

Simply because although we have enjoyed it immensely we have now bought a motorhome in order to range more fully across France and enjoy even more of its fabulous culture. Our cottage is so easily reachable from England by tunnel, ferry or air that it makes an ideal starting point for ·discovering France. It is within reach of Paris, Brittany and the Loire - and local to the World War 2 beaches, culinary centres such as Calvados, Camembert, Isigny and more, and many historic sites such as Bayeux, Mont St. Michel and Caen.

Why am I giving away my expertise?

Because you may well ask me to set it up, or even to do the whole thing for you once you have seen what I'm doing. You can judge my skills here. Plus I'm looking for help to make this even better.
